I’m the Pagan Enchantress. I want to share with you a story surrounding the point I have reached on my own spiritual journey. As a little girl, I was raised as a Roman Catholic. I went to a convent and was taught by nuns when I was very little. I went to a Catholic school as a teenager, and very much believed in everything I was taught. By the time I reached age 15 I was very convinced by everything the teachers at school, and priests at the local Church, had told me.
However, as time went on and I grew into an adult, I started questioning one or two things. I still value the ‘Christian values’ I was raised with – to be kind, courteous, considerate, loving, forgiving! However, on my own spiritual path as an adult, and through studies I have undertaken in the fields of quantum physics, I now look at life and my own spirituality, through a slightly different lens.
I have my own views about who Jesus was, and what he stood for. I believe the message from him was distorted somewhat by the people who wanted to retain ‘control’ at the time Christianity became popular. However, I do still believe his message was important. It’s the ‘real’ message i’m interested in – and I suddenly woke up one day and realised the messages in the bible, can be read with quite a different spin attached to them, compared to the one which is typically presented at Church.
Everything I now know about my own spiritual path, quantum physics and even what I learnt through the bible studies, have come together all at once – and they are beginning to make more sense when considered as a package.
I would like to encourage you to not be afraid to have your own views and beliefs about the universe, what we actually are, what consciousness is, and how to be a good person.
I would like to share what i’ve learnt with you, on my own path, by way of my blog articles – in the hope that this will embolden you to have the courage to follow your own path and ideas – whatever they might be.
